How we reviewed Kasual
As an online dating expert, I take my reviews seriously. To review Kasual, our team took a thorough approach that included testing both the free and paid versions of the app. We spent time sending messages to other users—in total we sent over 500 messages in two weeks! We also tested out all of its features including messaging, video chat options and profile settings. Additionally, we looked into user safety protocols such as account verification processes and privacy policies to ensure that members were secure when using this platform for their romantic needs. Lastly, but most importantly –we interacted with real people on Kasual by going through profiles one-by-one looking at pictures & bios; liking/disliking them; starting conversations via text or voice call etc., so that you get a true sense of what it’s like being part of this community firsthand from someone who has actually used it themselves (not just relying on screenshots). My commitment to providing comprehensive reviews sets me apart from other sites which don’t offer such in-depth coverage – making sure you have all the information needed before deciding if Kasual is right for your own personal use or not!
Design & Usability
When it comes to online dating, first impressions are everything. Unfortunately for Kasual, its design and usability leave a lot to be desired. The app’s bright pink and purple color scheme is eye-catching but also incredibly garish – like something out of an early 2000s MySpace page!
Navigating the interface isn’t much better either; there’s no clear indication of what you should do or where you should go when using the app. It feels clunky and unintuitive – not exactly conducive to finding love! And don’t even get me started on how difficult it can be trying to find your way around all those tiny icons at the bottom of each screen… I mean seriously? Who designed this thing?!
On top of that, users who purchase a paid subscription won’t see any UI improvements whatsoever – talk about adding insult to injury! You’d think they would have put some effort into making sure their paying customers got something in return for their money… But nope – nothing doing here folks! All in all then, if you’re looking for an easy-to-use dating experience with plenty bells & whistles (not just lotsa bling!), Kasual probably isn’t going cut it as far as user satisfaction goes.
User Profiles
Ugh, Kasual. What a letdown! I thought it was gonna be the dating app of my dreams but instead, it’s just another disappointment in the world of online dating.
First off, all profiles are public so anyone can see them – no privacy whatsoever which is kinda creepy if you ask me. You can set a custom bio but there’s not much else to make your profile stand out from others – no way to customize or personalize anything else like pictures or interests etc.. And forget about hiding your location info because that’s right up front and center for everyone to see too! Not cool at all if you want any semblance of anonymity while looking for love on this site…
What makes matters worse is that there’s absolutely zero indication as far as distance between users goes; how am I supposed to know who lives close by? If they had some sorta feature where we could search based on proximity then maybe things would look brighter…but alas, nothing like that exists here either 🙁 Plus don’t even get me started with premium subscriptions ’cause apparently those only give access to certain features (like seeing who liked/viewed your profile) rather than improving user profiles themselves – what good does THAT do?!
To top it off though: fake accounts abound here! Every time I logged in something seemed fishy about one person or another and sure enough after further investigation most were indeed bots trying their darnest best masquerade as real people seeking love… eyeroll Talk about sketchy!!
All-in-all Kasual isn’t worth wasting any more energy over – better luck elsewhere folks!!!
Kasual features
Ah Kasual, the latest dating app on the market. It’s got some pretty big shoes to fill if it wants to compete with other apps out there and I’m sad to say that it doesn’t quite measure up.
Let’s start with their free features – they’re alright but nothing special or unique in any way. You can create a profile, browse through potential matches and send messages (but only after you pay). All of these are standard for most dating apps so no points for originality here! The one thing that is slightly different is how Kasual allows users who don’t match each other yet still have access to each others’ profiles – which could be seen as either good or bad depending on your perspective!
Moving onto paid features; this where things get really disappointing because all you get are extra message credits (which honestly isn’t worth paying for) plus an ad-free experience… That’s IT?! No advanced search options? No video chat capabilities? Nothing else at all?? Come ON guys!! Even Tinder has more than just those two measly perks when you upgrade your account!
Plus, let me tell ya about their user interface design: talk about uninspiring…it looks like something straight outta 2004!!! And not even retro cool 2004 – we’re talking “this shoulda been retired years ago" kinda ugly here folks!! If I had known what kind of eyesore was waiting inside this app before downloading it then trust me when I say my finger would never have touched that install button in the first place!! Yikes….just yikes….
So yeah..Kasual may be new kid on block but unfortunately its lacklustre feature set makes sure nobody will ever remember its name come tomorrow morning. Sorry Kasual fans but maybe try another option instead next time around…
- Location-based matchmaking
- Real-time chat messaging
- User profile customization
- Compatibility score calculator
- Photo and video sharing
Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a dating app, Kasual is definitely not the one. When it comes to safety and security, this app falls short in so many ways that I can hardly count them all! For starters, there doesn’t seem to be any verification process at all – no two-step authentication or anything like that. And when it comes to fighting against bots and fake accounts? Forget about it! It’s almost as if they don’t even care enough about their users’ safety and privacy to put in the effort of implementing such measures.
The photos are also not manually reviewed before being posted on the platform either which means anyone could post pretty much whatever they want without having an actual person check whether or not its appropriate content for a dating site. The privacy policy isn’t great either – there seems little transparency around how your data will be used by third parties (if at all). All these things combined make me think twice before using this particular service…and trust me when I say you should too!
To top off my negative review of Kasual: If you’re serious about finding someone special online then look elsewhere because with this app your chances are slim-to-none…you’d have better luck playing roulette than trying out Kasual for love connections!
Pricing
Kasual is a dating app that promises to help you find your perfect match, but when it comes to pricing they really don’t deliver. Sure, the app itself is free – so far so good! But if you want access to all of Kasual’s features then be prepared for some serious sticker shock. Their paid subscription plans are anything but competitive and offer very little in terms of benefits compared with other apps on the market.
For example, their basic plan only gives users limited access to messaging and profile views – not exactly worth shelling out money for! And if you want unlimited swipes or even just more than one photo uploads? You’ll have no choice but upgrade further up the ladder into pricier packages that still won’t give as much bang-for-your buck as competitors like Tinder or Bumble do. So overall I’d say steer clear from Kasual unless its absolutely necessary; there are plenty better options out there at cheaper prices!
Plan | Price | Features |
---|---|---|
Free | $0 | Unlimited swipes, Send likes, Match with users |
Plus | $9.99/month | Unlimited swipes, Send likes, Match with users, See who liked you, Boost your profile, No ads |
Premium | $19.99/month | Unlimited swipes, Send likes, Match with users, See who liked you, Boost your profile, No ads, View unlimited profiles, Get priority customer support |

Q&A
Kasual is definitely not safe. It’s full of scammers and catfishers, so I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Plus, the privacy settings are really weak which means your personal information isn’t secure either.
Kasual is a dating app that makes it easy to connect with people. It’s all about swiping left and right, so you don’t really get the chance to know someone before deciding if they’re worth your time or not. Overall, I’m not too impressed by Kasual – there are better options out there for online dating.
Signing up for Kasual is a piece of cake – just download the app, fill out your profile and you’re good to go. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it as there are much better dating apps out there that have more features and higher success rates. Save yourself some time and effort by avoiding Kasual altogether!
You can contact Kasual through their app, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service is terrible and they never respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Overall, it’s not worth the hassle of trying to get help from them.
