The colors used on the app are garish – neon pinks and blues clash together making for an eyesore of a display. The overall look isn’t very aesthetically pleasing either; there’s no cohesion between the different elements which makes navigation difficult as everything looks like its been thrown together haphazardly with little thought given to how users will interact with them.
As far as usability goes, Date-me doesn’t fare much better – navigating through menus can be confusing at times due to all the clutter on each page so you end up having more difficulty than necessary trying find what you’re looking for! Even if you do manage to get around this issue by using their search function (which itself could use some improvements) then your efforts may still be wasted because many of the features require a paid subscription before they become available anyway! So even though things might seem simple enough at first glance, once you start digging deeper into what Date-me has offer chances are good that any UI improvements won’t come without shelling out extra cash first… not exactly ideal if I’m being honest here!
All in all I wouldn’t recommend Date-Me unless someone was desperate or had money burning holes in their pockets since most people would likely find themselves frustrated by its lacklustre design and poor user experience after only spending time playing around with it briefly – let alone actually try using it long term…

If you’re looking for a dating app with good customer support, Date-me is not the one. When it comes to getting help from their team, they leave much to be desired. I have contacted them multiple times and never received an adequate response or any response at all! It seems like they don’t really care about helping users out when things go wrong.
To access the “support” of Date-me you can search through their FAQ page which isn’t very helpful either – most of the questions are generic and do not address specific issues that may arise while using this app. Even if your question is answered there’s no guarantee that it will actually solve your problem since these answers tend to be too vague and unhelpful in many cases anyway. The only other way you could get assistance from Date-me would be by sending an email but even then there’s no telling how long it’ll take before someone responds (if ever). In my experience so far, emails sent off into cyberspace seem to just disappear without anyone bothering to reply back – talk about frustrating! And let me tell ya’, waiting around for hours on end hoping for some kind of answer ain’t nobody got time fo’ dat!. So yeah…not exactly what I’d call great customer service now is it?
All in all, if having reliable tech support matters a lot to you then look elsewhere because as far as I’m concerned this particular dating site falls short when it comes down providing timely solutions or even basic information regarding its services…which makes sense considering how little effort has been put into maintaining decent communication channels between customers & staff members alike..

Ugh, Date-me. What a joke! I recently tried out this dating app and let me tell you – it was an absolute disaster.
First of all, the free version is so limited that it’s practically useless. You can only send five messages per day to other users which makes finding someone almost impossible since no one will respond in time before your message limit runs out for the day. Plus there are tons of ads popping up every few minutes making it hard to even focus on trying to find someone special – talk about annoying!
The paid features don’t make things much better either because they’re overpriced compared with similar apps like Tinder or Bumble (which also have way more active users). The premium subscription offers unlimited messaging but doesn’t include any unique features like video chat or virtual gifts which would actually be useful when getting to know people online without having met them yet in person…so what’s the point?
I mean sure, Date-me does offer some cool filters if you want something specific from potential matches such as age range and location but these aren’t anything revolutionary that haven’t been seen before on other platforms…it just feels kinda “been there done that". And their customer service isn’t great either; my account got hacked into twice within two weeks after signing up despite using strong passwords each time so obviously security needs improvement too..yikes!! All in all I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money or precious time here unless you really need help being bored during quarantine 😉
